A violent altercation between two female students at Abia State University, Uturu has left 200-level student Chinedu Faithful Nwagbuo hospitalized with severe burns. The incident occurred when a 100-level student allegedly poured hot water on Nwagbuo during a dispute, causing injuries to her upper body.
The victim is currently receiving treatment at a medical facility in Umuahia, where she has been visited by concerned classmates and family members. University authorities have not yet issued an official statement regarding the incident.
